For the emails channel, please nudge the agent to avoid sending a lot of single-line messages as replies, because all of these come as new emails. The customer will receive a long chain of single-line emails, which is weird and a poor experience for them.

It would also be nice to have some sort of indication of where the conversation is starting from, to make it very clear that it’s coming from email.
