Facebook channel cannot be added#42

For me Facebook is still on Pending approval. From the video it looked like it was already active. Is this a country specific issue?

Hi Sharon,

The Facebook integration was approved by Meta today (it was only accessible for development/testing).

We will run a few more tests before enabling it for everyone.

ETA: Tomorrow or Friday.

Update: You should now be able to connect Facebook Pages AS LONG AS you don’t manage them through Business Manager.

That will require yet another app review from Meta (5-10 days).

You can now connect your Facebook Pages, whether managed through Business Manager or not, and reply to new messages directly from Kibo.

To get started, navigate to Channels, click to Add Channel, select Facebook, and accept the required permissions.

Once connected, all new messages received on your Facebook Pages will also appear in Kibo, where you can reply directly.
