I’m sure this would have to be a long-term implementation but it is so powerful to have action rules integrated to where you can set up something like keyword filters and if it catches a comment say with the word “fuck” (or words from a large pool of bad words) then it can automatically hide the comment and/or flag it without any manual monitoring. A step further is sending an automatic message to the user that if they continue to use such language they may be blocked. Or block them straight away the 1st time. This sort of automatic action filters really ease the process of moderating thousands of comments and messages.
Another example is a bit simpler but say we catch all comments/messages with a question mark “?” so it is implied that it’s a question, right? So every question gets tagged or labeled as a “Question” and put into it’s own inbox or somewhere easy to find so we can answer questions very quickly.
I’m sure there’s more examples of needing feature this but it is something that would set you apart from competitors right now because there’s less than a handful that do it well.
